Witko’s contract packaging services help companies

Stretch Pak
The unique ability of Stretch Pak allows your product to
be viewed in a 360-degree visibility format while being held securely
in place with crystal clear DuPont Surlyn flexible film. Stretch
Pak offers the touch, feel and clarity that the consumer needs to
make a more informed purchase, by allowing the consumer to handle
the product, yet keep pilferage to a minimum.
Stretch Pak offers environmental benefits as well. More and more
retailers are looking for alternatives to PVC and by using Dupont
Surlyn® film, it's possible to eliminate the use of PVC altogether.
Combined with our patented Easy Open feature, Stretch Pak satisfies
the consumer by eliminating the need for “tools” to
open the package while allowing the retail merchants and manufacturers
to do their part for the environment.
The Easy Open feature is a welcome option for senior citizens. In
fact, The Arthritis Foundation recognized Witko for enhancing ease
of opening for people with arthritis.
Stretch Pak offers tremendous advantages over other packaging styles.
It offers a superior presentation of the product. It can be pegged
to hang on a rack or stand on its own. It is tamper evident, durable
and reduces pilferage. It’s also cost effective.
Blister Packs & Clamshells
| Witko offers custom thermoformed packages including clamshells
and blister packs, an option that provides strong shelf presence
and equally strong product protection and security. We design
and produce simple, single-product packs, multiple packs of
like units, and “kit packs” that combine different,
but complementary items. Thermoformed packs offer a high level
of security, visibility and marketability. They are extremely
popular way for retailers to bundle products and increase sales.

Shrink Sleeves and Shrink Multi-pack
Need a quick, affordable way to bundle products together?
Witko is the way to go with shrink sleeves and shrink multi-pack.
Shrink sleeves are best used to bundle two items of like or different
size and shape, such as a bonus pack combination. Shrink multi-pack
allows for bundling larger quantities of rigid packaging. Printed
and unprinted shrink packaging is available.
Design & Tooling
| Witko offers in-house package design and tooling services.
Packages are designed based on the specific requirements of
your product, promotional and branding messages, merchandising
requirements along with budget considerations. Some packaging
formats such as blister packs and clamshells may require custom
tooling. Because we produce our own tooling for thermoformed
packaging, we are able to reduce the turnaround time on new
projects. This helps customers reduce overall production time
and increase speed to shelf. |

Prototype Packages
It can be difficult to imagine what a package will look
like. Prototype packages from Witko allow you experience your new
package prior to full-scale commercialization. Prototypes are useful
for internal meetings, retail presentations and consumer testing.
Witko offers prototyping services for Stretch Pak and thermoformed
packages. The prototypes can be simple—with plain label graphics—or
more sophisticated. Most prototyping services are provided at no

Reverse Logistics
Some people call it reverse logistics. Others call it rework.
At Witko, we call it an opportunity to help you maximize sales.
There will always be times when companies must repackage products.
Witko can help. Ship us your existing inventory and we will un-package
and then re-package based on the new specifications. When we’re
through, we will ship the “new” product to your distribution
center or straight to the retailer’s distribution center.
